Trip Advisor awards us a Certificate of excellence

Ring of Bells Inn has won a 2011 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

TripAdvisor awards this certificate to properties who consistently receive excellent ratings from its members.

"We are delighted to receive this," said owner, Steve Bellman. "We've been working really hard to ensure our guests have a great time when they visit us and it seems our efforts are paying off."

"Getting positive feedback is very welcome and encouraging for all the team here at the Ring of Bells. When praise is made publicly through a channel such as Trip Advisor, it's even more rewarding."

"Heartfelt thanks to those customers who have given us positive reviews, we really do appreciate it," he said.

However, we know that sometimes we do not always gets it right and, when this happens, we do ask that customers comment at the time so that staff have the opportunity to put things right.

Steve said: "There is nothing more depressing than getting a negative review when we were not aware at the time that a customer was unhappy. We want people to leave the Ring of Bells happy, and keen to return. If you are not happy for any reason, please let us know."
