Whether it be celebrating with work colleagues or friends the Ring of Bells wants to make this Christmas a special occasion for all.

That is why we have put together a Christmas Party Menu that combines traditional seasonal flavours with a sprinkling of fun.

With the table adorned with crackers and a free glass of Prosecco on arrival it will be time to party.

Starters

Beetroot cured salmon gravlax, pickled cucumber, horseradish creme fraiche and rye bread crisp

Venison, soured cherry and pistachio terrine, served with a prune marmalade and toasted rye bread

Roasted red pepper and tomato soup, served with basil oil and homemade bread roll

Beetroot falafels, served with homemade flatbreads and homemade tatziki

Mains

Rolled and stuffed turkey with all the trimmings, Brussel sprouts, roast potatoes, honey roasted vegetables, and pigs in blankets

Pan fried hake, with a fricassees of mussels, leeks and chorizo, saffron potatoes and parsley oil

Caramelised cauliflower risotto, hazelnut pesto and cheese fondue bonbon

Root vegetable gratin, celeriac puree, mixed winter greens, hazelnut and parsley crumb

To Finish

Christmas pudding, with brandy butter and Chantilly cream

Earl Grey pannacotta, blood orange sorbet and mulled poached oranges

Dark chocolate fondant, with salted caramel ice cream
