We have five bedrooms – three doubles and two twins. Each one is individually decorated, all are ensuite and have new flat screen digital TVs and tea and coffee making facilities.
Our room rate includes a full English breakfast.

Room 1 -
Sunday to Thursday £100 per night
Friday, Saturday, and Bank Holidays nights £140 per night
Dinner bed and breakfast £150 per night
Dinner (on one evening) bed and breakfast 2 night stay £240
Room 2,3,4 & 5 -
Sunday to Thursday £85 per night
Friday or Saturday and Bank Holidays nights £125 per night
Dinner bed and breakfast £135 per night
Dinner (on one evening) bed and breakfast 2 night stay £210
Prices quoted are per room.
Rooms 3 and 4 can be set up as twin rooms – please select the ‘twin room package’ if required.
Z-beds can be supplied for children 12 years or under for an additional £15 per night. There is also an option to select a Z-bed for rooms 1 and 3.
A £10 discount can be applied to single occupancy of rooms Monday - Thursday.
Cancellation Policy
Group bookings of three or more rooms booked by the same party must give 30 days notice from the 2pm check in time, if they wish to cancel, if not 100% of the full booking will be taken. Individual bookings if cancelled within 72 hours of the check in time 2pm, will be charged 100% of the booking.
A £25 charge will be made for each room booked and subsquently cancelled if 30 days notice has not been provided.
